Two Thousand Twenty-Two
New year, New Me. Another chance at changing the totems, That ARE me, And more importantly mine. The changing of these imagined guards, Is the keystone in the complete, And totalizing arch of production. By the way, Have you seen the Gateway Arch, In St. Louis, Missouri? It’s worth the ride up, And if you’re lucky, You can catch a glimpse, Of its shadow on the gridlock below. Two thousand and twenty-two, Marks another cycle, In the Gregorian equation of accumulation. The simple truth is, Accumulating necessarily means taking, So cheers to another year of taking! And there is no doubt about it, There will be some winners, And losers. As the hum of eight billion simulations, Is run once again, For the two thousand and twenty second time. The celestial orbit continues, In this neighborhood of the cosmos. - Shawby
